They called off school before the weather even hit. I was totally shocked then around 9am it started sleeting and didn't stop until that night. When you work from home you don't get snow days so it is always a challenge for me when Jack is out of school. I worked a little and we played a little. The next morning we went outside to try out the snow saucers Jay bought.
I am sure our neighbor's loved us sliding down the hill into their yard.
Don't freak, we were only in the street for a short time and there were definitely no cars going to make it down the hill.
