Happy Halloween

Halloween was a very busy day for us. Jack had his school costume parade and then their Harvest Party. Jack was an elephant for the school parade. One of the parent's brought balloons for each child so they were very excited. Then we went by my old office to say, Hi. They loaded us up with lots of treats. Then we ran a few errands and finally made it home. Jack was so excited to go Trick or Treating. He couldn't wait to get his Jedi costume on and get out his light saber. Jay and I were very excited as well. This was his first Halloween where he kind of grasped the concept. We had him all pumped about the candy. His friend Connor from across the street and Connor's cousin Cayden came over for some photos. When it got dark we started out to a few of our neighbor's houses. He got scared at the second house we went to. By the time we made it to the third house he was ready to go back in the house. So while our trick or treating experience was short, I think he had a good day.

Getting ready for the parade. Obviously, he wouldn't try on the costume prior to that day or I would have known that it was too small.
