Jack lost his second tooth. This time he took it upon himself to just pull it out with no parental assistance. As soon as he realized it was loose he asked me if the Tooth Fairy would come and I said yes. Once he heard that he was determined to pull it right then. So we have at least found one thing that motivates my child. MONEY.
